Return of Thursday Night Television Shows

Becks is very excited because tonight there will be a new episode of her favorite television show, Greys Anatomy.  I do not even remember what the last “new” episode was about and I think it has been about three months since that one aired.

I hope that in these new episodes Meredith is not as depressing/annoying.  Toward the end of last season I was hoping she kill herself off/be involved in some horrible medical mishap.  She is a miserable main character and they really need to inject some life into her.  I also hope that Dr. Shepherd ends it with Meredith and moves on with his life.  I think that nurse he was making out with, Rose, was cute.  His character is too way too nice for Meredith.  It will be interesting to see how things unfold now that the new episodes are ready to air.

I was looking forward to watching the Revolution take on F.C. Dallas tonigh but instead I will watch the start of the match, then miss about 1 hour of it, and then catch the end of it.   I could go into the bedroom and watch it but I’d rather hang out with Becks.  Plus, I could always record the soccer game and then watch it after Greys Anatomy is over.

I agree completely with your Meredith/McDreamy assessment. I think Meredith just likes to be miserable. She creates drama where none should exist. I had to give it up, and move on to happier shows…like The Office :-)

You gave up Greys? I’ve tried to watch The Office but it make me uncomfortable watching a show about work after I’d been there all day. But maybe I should give it another shot, since I would like to watch a happier Meredith-free show.

I hope McDreamy ends up with Meredith’s sister!

I think they are going to try and hook Meredith’s sister and George. Gross. What’s wrong with the cute nurse? Rose is the anti-Meredith (bright and shiny as opposed to dark and twisty) and I like her!
