I Went Out for a Large and Returned with Two Mediums

After failing miserably to make home made pizza, I cooked the dough in the microwave trying to defrost it, Becks wanted Pizza Hut pizza. I checked to see if we had any coupons and made the call to place an order for a large pan pizza with sausages and onions.

I took care of a few things around the house and then made the short drive down to Pizza Hut. When I pulled up to the window I was told by the girl that it would be 5 minutes or so until our pizza was ready. Jackson and I sat in the car listening to the radio and watched people go in and out of the restaurant as 5 minutes turned into 10 which then turned into 15.

Eventually the girl came to the window and said that they had not even started making our pizza and that it would take another 10 minutes or so to complete my order. Jackson and I waited for another 15 minutes until the lady came to the window with two pizzas. She said that they had run out of large crusts and that they were substituting two mediums in its place. I took the pizzas, thanked her and drove home.

When I opened the boxes the pizzas did not look done. In fact they were a bit doughy and greasy. However, after waiting for over an hour for our pizza I was not about to go back and complain.  Instead, next time we want pizza I will  order from the Monticello Pizza Kitchen and bypass the ill run Pizza Hut.
